1. The service

XRPL Trader is an educational and competitive simulation published by $BAG Capital. Players use simulated balances to make simulated trades based on available XRPL market data.

XRPL Trader is not an exchange, broker, custodian, wallet provider, financial adviser, investment adviser, or money-transmission service.

2. No real trading

Simulated orders do not purchase, sell, transfer, deposit, withdraw, or custody real XRP or issued assets. A simulated portfolio balance has no cash value and cannot be redeemed.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the service in your location. You may not use the service where access would violate applicable law, regulation, sanctions, or contractual restrictions.

4. Accounts and fair play

You must provide accurate information when required and protect access to your account or connected wallet. You may not exploit bugs, manipulate data, automate prohibited activity, interfere with the service, impersonate others, or use multiple accounts to evade competition rules.

5. Competition administration

$BAG Capital may establish, modify, enforce, or correct competition rules, rankings, calculations, asset availability, season timing, and eligibility requirements. Results affected by errors, abuse, manipulation, or service interruption may be recalculated, suspended, or removed.

6. Market data

Prices and ledger information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. You must not rely on XRPL Trader data for real-world transactions or investment decisions.

7. Wallet safety

XRPL Trader will not request your family seed, secret key, or private key. You are responsible for reviewing any wallet request before approval and for securing your wallet and devices.

8. Intellectual property

The XRPL Trader name, $BAG Capital branding, site design, software, text, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may not copy, resell, misrepresent, or commercially exploit them without permission.

9. Third-party assets and services

References to XRPL assets, projects, explorers, wallets, APIs, or external websites do not guarantee endorsement, accuracy, availability, security, or performance.

10. Promotional listings

Featured or sponsored placement, when offered, will be identified as promotional. Payment for visibility does not guarantee market performance, user participation, ranking outcomes, or continued listing.

11. Changes and availability

Features may be added, changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, error-free calculations, or continued support for any asset.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, $BAG Capital and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or investment-related losses arising from use of or reliance on the service.

14. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated for abuse, security concerns, legal requirements, rule violations, manipulation, or conduct that threatens the platform or its users.

15. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
